La La Land is one of my favourite films and several of the lines resonate with me as an artist. "Here's to the fools who dream" from the Emma Stone's "Audition" song at the end of the film being one of them. 
 
The scene I have drawn is from earlier in the film and I loved the light coming from behind Ryan Gosling, with the rest of the scene, including piano being so dark. This drawing took me a loooong time.
